Deleting data from the PostFabria app
This is an English translation. If the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
The PostFabria app (Emanuel Maciołek Fabria, tax ID (NIP) 6782631030) stores, for connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, access tokens, IDs and names of Pages, profiles or channels, IDs and URLs of posts and videos published by the app, their aggregate statistics, and the text of comments under our posts (without the author's name). How to delete your data
Option 1: revoke the app's access
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites (or Business integrations for Pages), select PostFabria and click Remove. The token stops working immediately.
- LinkedIn: Settings > Data privacy > Other applications (Permitted services), select PostFabria and click Remove.
- YouTube (Google account): go to https://myaccount.google.com/connections, select PostFabria and remove access, or disconnect the channel in the dashboard. We delete the tokens and data obtained from YouTube within 7 days.
Once access is revoked, the app can no longer publish anything on your behalf.
Option 2: ask us to delete your data
Write to kontakt@fabria.pl with the subject "PostFabria data deletion" and give the name of the Page or profile the request concerns. Within 30 days we will delete from the app the tokens, account IDs and names, and the records of posts linked to that account, and confirm this by email.
Deleting data from the app does not delete posts that have already appeared on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube. You can delete those directly on the platform or ask us to do it in the same message.
