Fabria is the one-person software company of Emanuel Maciołek. I build systems that companies work on every day, and I stay with them after go-live.
Who writes the software
My name is Emanuel Maciołek and I am a software developer from Kraków. I specialise in the places where off-the-shelf software ends: an unusual process on the shop floor, record-keeping requirements, equipment connected to the system and data scattered across spreadsheets. The oldest of my systems has been running a production plant day to day since May 2026.
Fabria works on software only: understanding the process, writing the system, connecting it with sales software and equipment, and then maintaining and developing it.
Fabria software
FabOS MES: manufacturing management
Runs a production plant: planning, recipes, warehouse, excise records, shop floor operator panels and labour accounting. Built from scratch and developed during the plant's normal operation, without stopping production. Product site: fabos.pro.
HRPanel: HR and working time
An HR administration and time tracking system: working time records, shift schedules, attendance, leave requests, sick leave, payroll, employee files, an employee self-service panel and export for the accountant. Recruitment with a careers page is an optional module, not the main job of the system. In production use at one company, with a pilot running at a second one. Product site: hrpanel.cc.
B2B shop
Orders for trade customers with individual price lists, connected to the warehouse and the production system. Being rolled out at a client, without a separate site.
FabDesk
A desktop app for working with AI assistants, in preparation.
Small tools
Calculators, file and image processing, data checks. Some of them are free to download.
